Our Service Commitment
We ship all in-stock orders from our Pulaski, WI studio within 24 hours, often the same day. (Yep — we move fast! We do take off weekends and holidays.)
If something you ordered is temporarily out of stock or anything else slows things down, we’ll reach out and keep you in the loop. No guessing, no surprises.
Our daily shipping cutoff is 12:00 p.m. CST — anything that comes in after that gets packed up the next business day. Most domestic orders arrive on your doorstep within 2–5 business days, depending on where you live and how cooperative the delivery trucks are feeling.

Help! My order is urgent
We get it — sometimes a project can’t wait. If you need your order in a hurry, please call us right away so we can see what kind of magic we can work.
Our daily shipping cutoff is 12:00 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after that time — even with Next Day or Express shipping selected — will head out the next business day.
If your timeline is tight, reach out before placing your order, and we’ll let you know what’s realistic. We’ll do everything we can to help your materials reach you in time for your mosaic masterpiece.
International Orders
Yes, we ship worldwide — mosaic love knows no borders!
Shipping rates will appear at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Most international orders take 5–15 business days, but that’s just an estimate. Once your package leaves our facility, it’s handed off to your country’s postal and customs systems, and timing can vary depending on how quickly things move through their process.
A quick heads-up: customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges aren’t included in our shipping rates, and we can’t predict or control them — if we could, we’d win some kind of customer-service award.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Our website connects directly with USPS and FedEx to give you accurate, real-time rates at checkout — no surprises, no mystery math.
Because our products are compact but often a little on the heavy side, choosing the right shipping method can make a big difference. Whenever we can, we use the good old “If It Fits, It Ships” approach to get you the best value for your order.

Service Interuptions
Once your order leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods — also known as USPS and FedEx. While they usually do a great job, things like weather, holiday traffic, or other unexpected hiccups can sometimes slow things down.
We’ll always ship as quickly as possible and help you track your package, but once it’s on the road, a few things are simply out of our control. Thanks for your patience and good humor if your order takes the scenic route!
How to Make the most of your Shipping
Our Standard Domestic Shipping works on weight ranges, so you can often add more to your cart without paying extra for shipping.
Here’s the trick:
Each weight tier has plenty of room. So if your order is, say, 1 lb, you’re already in the 0–2 lb tier — you can add more tile, and your shipping price stays exactly the same.
Same idea for the 2– 8 lb tier. If your cart is around 3 or 4 pounds, you have space to add more without moving into the next price bracket.
Think of it like this: If you’re already in a tier, you might as well make the most of it.
This chart applies to Domestic only.
Some items, such as substrates, frames, and large tools, may follow different rules, but for most orders, weight is what determines your rate.
In Store Pickup
Absolutely! If you’re local to the Pulaski area (or just passing through), you’re welcome to pick up your order right here at our studio. We love meeting our customers.
Just select “Local Pickup” during checkout. Please call 920-822-7666 (excluding weekends and holidays).
Pickup happens at our blue building Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you need a different time, leave us a note in your order comments or reach out before you swing by. We’re flexible when we can be!
Damaged Orders
Well, that’s not how it was supposed to go! We pack every order carefully at our Wisconsin studio, but every now and then a box takes a rough ride on its way to you.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage** (including the packaging, if possible)** — it really helps us sort things out quickly.
We’ll work with you to replace or refund the damaged items and get things back on track. Thanks for giving us the chance to make it right — we promise to handle it with care (again)!
