Many of our materials — especially handmade or imported items — are produced in batches and may only be available in limited quantities. Colors or finishes may be discontinued or unavailable once a batch sells out.

Availability can change quickly, so if you need consistent color across multiple orders, feel free to reach out before purchasing. All items are subject to our Return Policy, and we’re here to answer any questions about specific colors or materials.

Please make sure all billing, shipping, and account information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. This includes your email address, as all order confirmations, tracking details, and important updates are sent there.
